How to change your monitor refresh rate.
Microsoft Windows 2000 and Windows XP users
Click [Start] / [Settings] / [Control Panel], double-click the display icon.
In display, click the [settings] tab.
Click the Advanced button.
Click the Monitor tab.
Within this window you will be able to increase and decrease the computer
monitor's refresh rate. The game requires you to set it to 60Hz or lower.
