Posted - 28 July 2010 17:26 ok i know everyone prolly agrees tickets dont get answered fast enough i was thinking maybe we can find some way we can make our problems received by a mod or kirs faster like maybe when ever a ticket is been sent it will immediatly flash on the mods or krises screen then that way they can get it faster

They just simply need to act quicker if this is becoming a problem again. It also instantly notifies them as soon as any changes are made (you reply, they reply, it changes titles, who is in charge of it, or anything else). If the mods aren't on often anymore, or can't check once a day to clean up a handful of tickets, then the mods who are around should be taking them over until the ones not around are replaced. Lisa was awesome at making sure tickets were kept up with...wish she'd come back already. She's going to be even older when she finally does make it back :(

"Hey ricer11 is going to submit a ticket in 5 minutes. get ready!" If you figured out a way to consistently predict the future, you would no longer even care about this game.....
